Everyone is different, however, on average people tend to see success between 4 and 12 sessions. Each package is built accordingly, although, this is a starting point.
Not at all. You do not go into trance nor do you need to divulge your entire history if it is not relevant.
BWRT is a modern form of effective, solution-focused psychotherapy.
I am based in Stirling, where I am able to see clients face to face as well as offering telehealth online, so have the ability to conduct BWRT sessions for clients all over the UK and the world.
Absolutely! Online psychotherapy is as effective.
The most important thing is to have a stable internet connection and somewhere quiet to focus and not be disturbed.
We will do all the same things via the Tele-Health portal that we would do in person.
There is not a therapy in the world that works for everyone, however, Brain Working Recursive Therapy is successful in approx 95% of cases, to the point that it has been introduced at universities and in public service in both UK & SA, including first responders for the NHS.
There have been very few cases where the issue has returned, working to an approx 5% of all cases globally, which is unique in therapy.
None, we are using the natural processes in your brain. The only thing people have reported is that straight after they felt disconnected for a few seconds, but this rapidly went away.
This is normal as the brain lets go of the issue at the end of the session.
I use zoom to conduct online sessions, which is now approved as a telehealth secure portal.
