Interested in working with me? Here’s how to get started:
Step 1. Schedule a complimentary, no-obligation consult. You can do that right here.
Step 2. Once you have scheduled a time that works for us both, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to complete a short form. This helps me know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of therapy with me, before we have our call.
Step 3. Complete that form and answer all the questions.
Step 4. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit. There's no software to download, only a website to go to. This will be sent in your confirmation email.
Step 5. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.

Unfortunately, not all therapists are created equal.
In our initial call, we will go through your history, I will ask you many questions so that I can get an understanding of where you are and where you want to be.
From there, I will explain the fundamentals of how behaviour, habits, addiction, etc are formed. We will perhaps touch on emotions and trance and then I will give you my thoughts on your unique situation.
It could happen that I think you need immediate intervention or to be referred to someone with alternate qualifications to me. In this instance, I will make a recommendation or take immediate action in your best interest.
When you say yes to working with me, payment is required upfront 48 hours prior to starting to work together.
I offer payment plans for those who require more than 4 sessions, so that you don't have financial stress whilst you are healing.
Payment is made upfront as a way to show yourself commitment to healing as well as ready your brain for making change.
I accept credit cards via stripe and paypal as well as bank transfer as means of payment to make it as easy as possible for you without any added stress.
Once you commit to therapy, you will be sent a series of assessments to complete depending on the treatment you require. You will be asked to sign a psychotherapy contract and a consent to treatment form. In most instances, especially when working with BWRT, a letter will be sent to your doctor informing them of the treatment you are undertaking.
We will agree a pattern of working together and begin your journey to good emotional health together.
I look forward to working with you.
